Hello Bakers, today we are looking at Whipped Cream Frosting recipe so you can add that wow icing that’d catch anybody’s attention.
Whipped cream frosting is one unique frosting that is becoming a trend, it is one of the best option for icing your cakes and even some cookies too.
There are 2 ways or methods you can actually use to achieve this frosting. The powdered whipping cream method and the liquid whipping cream method.
Powdered Whipping Cream (Method 1)
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Whipping Cream
- 1/3 cup of Icing Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Procedures
Step 1.
Place a medium size icy glass bowl on your working table. (refrigerate an empty bowl in a freezer for about 30-40 minutes before beginning the process)
Step 2
Pour in 1 cup of your liquid whipping cream into the icy bowl. With the aid of an electric hand mixer beat the cream for about 1 minute (you will notice a change in the consistency of the cream).
Step 3
Into step 2 add in your icing sugar and the vanilla extract.Beat the mixture on a low speed and then increasing the speed to achieve a stiff pick consistency.
Your whipped cream frosting is ready when the consistency is really thick and spreadable.

Liquid Whipping Cream (Method 2)
- A pack of powdered whipped cream (72 grams)
- Ice cubes
- 5-6 tablespoons of liquid milk
- 1/3 cup of Icing Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Procedures
Step 1
Place the ice cubes into a bowl. add some water, place another bowl on the iced water.
Step 2
Pour in the powdered cream and add in your liquid milk.Beat the mixture for about 2 minutes with the help of an electric hand mixer.
Step 3
Into step 2, add in your icing sugar and vanilla extract and beat mixture for about 2-3 mins. Continue beating the mixture till you achieve a thick(stiff pick) consistency.
You can then choose to add in any desired food coloring of your choice and mix it properly till it is well combined.
