Homemade Cookies Ingredients
- 250g All-purpose Flour (Sifted)
- 120g Confectioner’s sugar Sifted
- 225g Margarine/Butter
- 2Tbsp Evaporated milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavour
Step 1: Mix together the margarine or butter and the sifted confectioner’s sugar with a hand mixer or a wooden spatula if you have no mixer, till it is light and fluffy.
Step 2: Gradually add in the flour, mixing and ensuring it is well incorporated after each addition till the flour is exhausted.
Step 3: Add in the vanilla flavour and mix till it is well combined.
Step 4: Add in the milk gradually and mix properly till it is well combined.
Step 5: Into a piping bag with a 1M nozzle, scoop in the batter into the piping bag.
Step 6: Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and pipe swirl shapes into the tray, you can make it more fun by piping star shapes or any other shapes of your choice.
Step 7: In a preheated oven, bake the cookies on medium heat for 30 minutes. Be very observant as you don’t want your cookies Burning on you.
Step 8: Your cookies turn light golden brown when it’s done, remove them from the oven. Allow cooling completely.
