Unique Birthday cupcakes are very sweet, fluffy and yummy and you should try this recipe in your kitchen. It is almost a common saying that Birthdays are not complete without cupcakes!

Ingredients For Birthday Cupcakes
- 250 grams of Unsalted Butter
- 337 grams(11/2cup) of Caster Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 4 Eggs
- 3 cups(450g) of self raising Flour
- 1 cup of Milk
Procedures For Baking Birthday Cupcakes
Now that we know the ingredients we need, let’s look at the procedures for making or baking Birthday Cupcakes.
preheat your your oven to about 180°C, or at leave oven at medium heat.
Line your muffin tin with paper cases.
Muffin tins differs but please ensure the paper cases fit in properly into your muffin pan.
Beat butter,sugar,salt and vanilla extract properly till it is soft and fluffy.
Add your eggs into step 3, add it one at a time. please always beat mixture properly,till it is well combined before adding next egg.
Alternatively add your flour and milk into step 4 in 2 addition beginning with the flour mixture ending with the flour mixture,i.e. pour in half of the flour mixture ,mix and pour in half of the milk and mix…repeat process with the remaining flour mixture and milk.
Use a table spoon to fill in the paper cases…putting 2 spoon each into the paper cases and smoothen the top with the spoon and bake for about 20 mins or till when a toothpick is inserted in the center and it come out clean.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients For Cream Cheese Frosting
- 126 grams of Unsalted Butter
- 250 grams of Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 640 grams of Icing Sugar (i.e. 4 cups)
Procedures For Making Cream Cheese Frosting
Now that we know the ingredients we need, let’s look at the procedures for making Cream Cheese Frosting.
Beat butter,cream cheese and vanilla till it is light and fluffy.
With your electric mixer on low speed, gradually add in your icing sugar till is well combined.Scraping the edges of the bowl with a spatula,ensuring the mixture is well combined
Refrigerate for about 1 hour, after which you either use a spoon of palette knife to ice the cupcakes or put it inside a piping bag and pipe your desired design on it. you can decide to add other desired cake toppings.
